What we collect

When you send us a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, what you are interested in and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply to you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on it.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss how we can help, and, if you ask us to, send you a proposal or keep you updated about a product you registered interest in.

We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored securely in Delwathon’s own systems, with access limited to the team who handle them. We keep them for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of our conversations, and delete them on request.

Your rights

In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time.
